I decided I'll make another manipulation I like this one, it looks really cool.

The idea is basically is a fire spell caster. So thats why she aint on fire herself, before anyone complains her dress would be on fire I did darken the tips slightly though, and gave her abit of an aura above the shoulders

I still love to use lighting effects in photoshop
